
The ARA Board recognize that a methodical, comprehensive action plan is required to ensure the ARA promotes a diverse and inclusive record keeping sector with equal opportunities for all.
The creation of the Diversity and Inclusion Allies Group is a collaborative, sector wide based approach to effecting regular and meaningful change. The Board fully commits to supporting the allies to achieve their aims and objectives, while ensuring the network operates in a fully open and transparent manner.
